Experience earned through responsibility.
I'm Bernhard Kressin — systemic business consultant and founder of Kressin.Consulting.
As a psychologist by training and an experienced banking executive, I bring together two worlds that are rarely this closely connected: deep psychological insight and more than 20 years of hands-on business practice. This combination shapes how I see organizations, leadership, and change.
My experience comes from carrying responsibility, not from theory. In HR management at Deutsche Bank AG and as Authorized Officer to the Management Board of Sparkasse Leipzig, I didn't just support organizational change of every scale — I owned it. I know the complexity of decisions made under pressure, the dynamics of the executive floor, and the human side of transformation firsthand.
After more than 20 years in employment, founding Kressin.Consulting fulfilled a long-held ambition: to support people, leaders, and organizations through change with both a systemic perspective and real commercial experience. I have always believed in the power of strong networks. Kressin.Consulting combines my personal expertise with the skills of selected partners.
Because major change projects need more than one good consultant. Depending on what's required, I bring in experienced specialists — employment lawyers, HR experts, IT specialists, communications advisors — who work alongside me to deliver exactly what the situation demands.
Understanding the system. Unlocking its impact.
Back to topClarity for Change.
For more than 20 years, she has been supporting companies, executives, and teams through change processes, and has been a partner at Kressin.Consulting for many years. In her consulting work, she combines three elements that are crucial for successful transformation: a precise understanding of organizations and their dynamics, a deep understanding of people, and the ability to turn complexity into concrete, actionable steps.
Her experience stems from many years in consulting and project management—particularly in integration and change initiatives. New organizational structures, changing leadership roles, challenging interfaces, conflicts, or strategic realignments—she is familiar with situations where direction must be established and action taken simultaneously, even when not everything has been clarified yet.
It is important to her to ask questions that lead to further insight and, in difficult situations, to find words that create clarity without unnecessarily exacerbating tensions. As a mediator, she works with both the factual and interpersonal dynamics of change.
Clients appreciate her ability to adapt quickly to new situations and build lasting trust in a short amount of time. Workshops and large groups run smoothly and effectively—not least thanks to her calm, direct manner, a healthy dose of warmth and humor, and her experience across various international industries.
Reducing complexity. Providing direction. Enabling change.
