Following a graduate degree in psychology and a bank manager training, he worked in the personnel management department of Deutsche Bank AG and as chief representative for the board of directors of a Sparkasse subsidiary, supporting and leading organizational change processes of various scopes. With the establishment of Kressin.Consulting, Bernhard Kressin realized his long-held dream of leveraging a unique combination of systemic perspective and long-standing business experience to support clients and help them position their organizations successfully.
